I have been working within the personal and professional development area for 5 years now where I have gained extensive experience and success mentoring individuals 121 and an award winning business. I offer practical coaching to help you unlock your potential, gain the appropriate confidence and direct your life where you want it to go.

My expertise is in stress management and I use techniques to help manage stress. Stress is one of the biggest mental health challenges we face in today society. Stress contributes towards bad health, and contributes towards poor performance in the workplace and can eventually lead onto a breakdown.

The most powerful tool we use to create personal change and one which comes with a guarantee of success in whatever area you are looking to change in your life.

Phase 1 involves in getting to the root cause (the unconscious problem) of whatever is holding you back, whilst also providing you with knowledge of your values (what you are currently focusing on) your current values level of thinking, your motivation within your career and how your mind filters information.

Phase 2 is the fun bit and involves helping you let go of all negative emotion from the past, whilst also letting go of any limiting decisions you have made about yourself or any limiting beliefs you have picked up over the years.

Phase 3 is the really exciting part where we take a new look at your values and align them to the achievement of your new goal which you have now developed. By the end of this session you will have a personal mission statement, a goal a sense of clarity and direction in your life and most importantly will be feeling great, fully refreshed and ready for whatever life offers you.

Clinical Hypnotherapy NLP

Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not a state of deep sleep.  It does involve the induction of a trance-like condition, but when in it, the patient or client is actually in an enhanced state of awareness, concentrating entirely on the hypnotist’s voice.  In this state, the conscious mind is suppressed and the subconscious mind is revealed.

I am able to suggest ideas, concepts and lifestyle adaptations to the client, the seeds of which become firmly planted.

The practice of promoting healing or positive development in any way is known as hypnotherapy.  As such, hypnotherapy is a kind of psychotherapy.  Hypnotherapy aims to re-programme patterns of behaviour within the mind, enabling irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts and suppressed emotions to be overcome. As the body is released from conscious control during the relaxed trance-like state of hypnosis, breathing becomes slower and deeper, the pulse rate drops and the metabolic rate falls.   Similar changes along nervous pathways and hormonal channels enable the sensation of pain to become less acute, and the awareness of unpleasant symptoms, such as nausea or indigestion, to be alleviated.

A typical course will cost from £200 a month and will consist of around 3 online sessions. I think it’s pretty fair to say that most of us want to be our best version of ourselves. We want to be healthy, happy, present, confident, responsible and accountable. But when faced with unpleasant feelings and challenging situations we struggle. When this happens, we can get caught up in cycles of stress, defensiveness, unhealthful coping skills and self-defeating behaviours that can significantly interfere with our health, self-esteem, power, purpose, and ability to connect with others. Thankfully every person can learn, grow, change and achieve. You will be given workbooks and tasks to be completed in your own time so that you get maximum benefit from our coaching. What is Life Coaching and Does it work?

Life coaching is aimed at helping people meet goals in their personal or business lives by guiding them in the right direction — much like a sports coach might do for a sportsperson — although the methods used by individual life coaches will vary greatly.

Most of us turn to a friend who we consider to be ‘wise’ when it comes to certain circumstances such as making key decisions or overcoming problems. But our friends may not always have the answers or may not be sufficiently objective about a situation to give decent advice. This is where life coaching has role to play, by helping people see their life from a different perspective and giving them the confidence to move forward.

Life coaching is a form of counselling which uses a series of individual sessions — which are sometimes carried out over a telephone or even via e-mails, as well as through face-to-face sessions — to help people solve their problems and achieve ambitions. It draws from a number of disciplines, including sociology, psychology, and numerous forms of counselling.

The aim of life coaching is to help people break their negative belief patterns, act more decisively, and set clear goals towards achieving what they want from life. Most coaches are highly trained as generalists but many also specialize in areas such as relationships, stress, personal growth, business, careers, motivation, finances, creativity, and family — among many others.

Anyone can benefit from working with a coach. Those that are stuck in a rut can become clearer about reaching new goals, and those who are already successful may achieve even more. The bottom line is that by working with a coach, you can set better goals and reach them faster than if you tried to reach them under your own steam.

Ultimately, you can only really measure the success of life coaching if you achieve the success or happiness that you’re seeking — and that relies on you committing to the process and acting upon it.
